The remarkable debut 'Impossibly Beautiful' from this (then) completely unknown pair sold out within 10 months of its release on the band's own label TrueNorth Arts. For an independent project from two songwriters with no track record this is testament to the warm with which the album was received.

A blend of influences from Massive Attack to Peter Gabriel infused this eclectic record with world music and triphop. Rather than the rushed 3 minute singles of the pop charts these songs happily interweave with each other at a pace which is both beautiful and mature.

Simple love songs flow effortlessly into experimental set pieces. Lyrics, melody, instrumentation and production compete to outdo each other in their commitment to the cause, a unified goal, a single aim, this breath-taking album.
